Points of contact with the brand

Client – TV holding. Target audience – pay-TV providers. Goal – to develop holding’s brand communication which would reflect its attitude. From the concept to the template and specific words in the situations where the brand comes into contact with the target audience. We found 14 key points of contact with the brand. Some of them, such as phone conversations, were complex: there were several communication templates for different situations. Two more points were proposed as special communication projects for strengthening relations and getting brand’s attitude across. Then we applied the «All Touch Value Creation Model». «Brand’s clear and consistent purpose in the world» was actualized at all of these points, including holiday greetings. We prepared and delivered «PR Book» with all the verbal templates, specifications for a designer, concepts of gifts to the client. Now the company can realize this product itself, by their own PR specialist. Moreover, they can hire an eager person with the potential and teach them on this product.
