The task is to prepare the public for the encoding of the signal of commercial television channels on the satellite; prevent negative reaction when publicly available TV channels become paid.
One of the elements of this comprehensive PR campaign was a social advertising video that changes the attitude of Ukrainians towards television. We found the entry points with UA: Suspilne and created an appeal to the audience that recalls that commercial television channels are a private business that is guided by business goals, and the function of informing the public is performed by public television.
