Our principles and the way we organize the work process
First meeting
You explain your tasks and we propose general solutions. The aim of the meeting to get acquainted with each other, evaluate the effectiveness of our future partnership, decide whether we are willing to go further.
Filling out the brief
(questionnaire for setting tasks for a PR specialist).
We fill out the brief by ourselves based on the information you gave us during the first meeting and then send you to approve it.
Presentation of the PR strategy
It includes a brief analysis of the information field and PR activities of competitors, creative ideas, channels of communication, action plan, timetable and estimated budget, as well as KPIs for measuring the effectiveness.
Adjusting the strategy
It takes about a week to make a final decision on the strategy and the tools we will be using.
Contract signing and payment
We are working according to ’50 to 50’ scheme: the first half of the agency’s fee is prior to the work, another half is paid when the work is done. In case of a long-term project interim payments are possible. If it is a retainer agreement, payments are made monthly.
Project implementation
We working on the project according to the agreed plan and regularly show you the results.
The project is done
We send you a report that contains an analysis of the project and recommendations for the future.
