Olga Vaganova
(f, in) — Founder of B2B PR, 20 years in communications.

Started her career at Talan Proximity Agency (now Pleon Talan), then she was part of the Kwendi expert group and a member of the Futurelab European marketing network.

In 2013, took the position of PR director of Ukraine’s largest television group StarLightMedia (STB, ICTV, Novy Channel, M1, M2, OЦE and 10 other companies specializing in the creation and distribution of high-quality audience content). While working in the holding, specialized in business-to-business communications.

In 2017, founded her own B2B PR agency, and StarLightMedia became its first client. Fond of psychology of brand perception (read her column “How does work the advertising that nobody sees” here)

Yana Malakova (f, in) — Managing Partner at B2B PR, 10 years in communications.

Started at the press service of the international contemporary art festival Gogolfest. Then was engaged in internal and external communications at the MIM-Kiev business school.

Devoted two years to fashion PR, first becoming the PR director of the Ukrainian pret-a-porter brand przhonskaya, and later heading the communications department of the Ukrainian Institute of Fashion History.

In 2017, decided to change her experience in PR and switch from b2c to b2b, from client’s office to an agency. Started at B2B PR on the position of middle account.

Tetiana Bielinska (f, in) — Managing Partner at B2B PR, 10 years in journalism and communications.

From 2014 to 2018, worked as a journalist and later as an editor at the agrarian media outlet AgroElita, where she gained experience in business-to-business communications with agricultural producers and other industry companies.

In 2020, decided to change the vector of her career development and try her hand at PR. She immediately started with a B2B PR agency, where she rose from a middle account manager to a managing partner in four years.
